Our room was spotlessly clean and en suite with a balcony and the overall experience was really good. Excellent service, even though a few employees were very rude. The hotel had a fantastic location minutes from Ice Rink.

This hotel is perfectly located in the centre of town, just a stone's throw away from the ski lift. Being able to easily access the slopes made our ski trip incredibly convenient and enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and even had a balcony where we could appreciate the stunning mountain views. The staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that our stay was pleasant from start to finish. The breakfast provided each morning was delicious and a great way to fuel up for a day on the slopes.

Located in the heart of the ski resort, there are quieter bars nearby and it is within a short walk to the bus stop. The rooms are spacious with good storage and clean bathrooms. The breakfast has a good selection with hot options and tasty dinners with impressive desserts. Ski lockers are small but functional to store skis and poles.
The staff may need to be more diligent in cleaning the rooms, based on feedback from previous guests.

We had a great experience staying at Les Bruyeres. The bed was comfortable and the view from our room was amazing. Although the room itself was basic, it was clean and tidy. The staff, although not fluent in English, were very friendly. We were able to communicate and get around the language barrier without any issues. our stay was great and we appreciated the efforts of the staff to ensure our comfort and safety.
No complaints! 😊

I loved how close this hotel was to the ski lift and the easy access to the main ski area. The staff provided great service and the hotel facilities were well maintained. Additionally, the room was clean and the breakfast was quite satisfying.
Nothing for me.

Great value for money, clean and tidy room, attentive staff, perfect location, amazing view.
-
Arthur
Good welcome, great location near shops and bars. Room and bathroom were clean.
Dining room felt crowded, food was mediocre and not hot enough. Staff seemed inexperienced and unorganized.
-
Charles
Great value for money and convenient location near ski hire and lifts. The rooms were warm, with a lovely view, and had good storage space. The food was consistently good, with a choice of cereals and croissants for breakfast, and hot meals in the evenings. The staff were friendly and always available to help.
The boot room lockers were quite small and could not accommodate all the ski gear. The cleanliness of cutlery and crockery could have been better as sometimes there were dirty dishes left overnight.
